I've never ridden before and im not sure what to expect from my lesson!

What do I wear?

What do I need?

When do I arrive?

No need to panic! Just read the answers below:

What to expect: Lessons

When do I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your lesson. This will allow time for a bathroom break and to find a proper fitting helmet.

Depending on the horses that are being used,  you will have the chance to groom and/or tack up.

What do I wear?

  • long hair needs to be pulled back in a low pony tale

  • Boots with a low heel. Rubber boots work well

  • Pants must be worn. Shorts are not acceptable anytime of the year

  • a top with sleeves that cover the shoulders

What should I bring?

All you need to bring is yourself, a smile and a water bottle if preferred

We have a large supply of helmets so there is no need to purchase one. Please note that bike helmets are not approved for riding.

What if i have to cancel?

Please email or text us ASAP to ensure that you have 24 hours notice. Make up lessons will be scheduled if there has been more than 24 hours notice given
